Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of talentflyjobs.com, operated by Talent Fly Institute of Professional Studies, Kaloor, Ernakulam (“TalentFly”, “we”). By using the site you accept these terms.

1. The service

TalentFly Jobs is a job consultancy platform connecting job seekers and employers in Kerala and the Gulf. We facilitate introductions and provide placement support; we do not guarantee employment to job seekers or hires to employers.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
• One account per person or company. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.

3. Job seekers

• Information in your profile, applications and resume must be truthful.
• By applying to a job you consent to your details and resume being shared with that employer.
• TalentFly never charges job seekers for applying. Optional premium services are clearly priced before you buy.

4. Employers

• New employer accounts are reviewed by our team before job posting is enabled.
• Job listings must be genuine, lawful vacancies with accurate salary and role details. Discriminatory or misleading listings will be removed.
• Candidate data received through the platform may be used only for recruitment for the role applied to, and must be handled confidentially.
• We may edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion.

5. Aggregated listings

Some listings are collected from public job portals and link to the original source. We are not responsible for the content or outcome of applications made on external sites.

6. Payments

Fees for premium plans are shown at the point of purchase. Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, except where required by law.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentFly is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or the conduct of employers or job seekers introduced through the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
