About KLYNE
KLYNE is a contemporary fragrance brand creating premium scents inspired by moods and emotions. We are looking for an experienced and driven Offline Sales Lead to lead our offline sales initiatives through exhibitions, pop-ups, malls, corporate events, and other on-ground activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline sales events across different locations.
- Manage event operations from planning to execution.
- Lead, train, and supervise event sales promoters and temporary staff.
- Drive sales targets and maximize revenue at every event.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Build relationships with event organizers, venue partners, and corporate clients.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in offline sales, event sales, retail activations, or exhibition management.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Comfortable travelling for events and working on weekends.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
