Business Development Associate

Kizhakeyil Technologies LLP is a technology startup based in Trivandrum focused on building web applications, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and digital solutions for businesses.

ChooseMyStay is our stay discovery and booking platform focused on homestays, villas, apartments, private pool villas, and family/group stays.

We are looking for Business Development Associates to help us expand ChooseMyStay by identifying, contacting, and onboarding property owners and hosts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate leads of homestays, villas, apartments, private stays, and small stay properties in Trivandrum and nearby areas
• Contact property owners/managers through phone, WhatsApp, and other available channels
• Explain the ChooseMyStay platform and host onboarding process
• Collect basic property details, photos/videos, pricing, capacity, rules, and location information
• Follow up with interested property owners until the listing is completed
• Coordinate with the internal team to verify property details and make the listing live on ChooseMyStay
• Maintain lead status, follow-up updates, and onboarding progress in the company’s tracking sheet/CRM

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Confidence to speak with property owners/managers over phone
• Basic understanding of WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, and online research
• Ability to follow up politely and professionally
• Basic computer/mobile usage skills

Good to Have:

• Interest in business development, sales, tourism, hospitality, startups, or digital platforms
• Knowledge of Trivandrum local areas and tourist locations

Role Details:

Location Focus: Trivandrum and nearby areas

Work Mode: Work from home or office, based on preference

Working Hours: Flexible, no fixed working hours

Duration: 3 months

Compensation:

• This is a performance-based role. Incentives will be based on approved property onboardings.
• Candidates who perform well may be considered for higher incentives or a long-term role based on performance, attitude, and company requirements.
